The Service at skyinfo.app is operated by Yaniv Levy, of Tel Aviv, Israel ("we", "us"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to buy a paid plan. If you are using the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

SkyInfo presents aviation information — schedules, delay statistics, airport and airline reference data, maps and statistical delay predictions — through a website and a metered HTTP API. Free and paid plans are available.

Commercial use is permitted on the plans that allow it. What is not permitted is set out in section 4.

All flight data, schedules, delay figures, statistics and predictions are supplied by third-party providers and are presented for information only. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong.

Do not use the Service for any safety-critical purpose — flight planning, dispatch, navigation, air traffic control, or any decision where inaccurate information could endanger life or property. Always check the airline, the airport and the relevant aviation authority for operational information.

Delay predictions are statistical estimates produced from historical data. They are not a forecast of what will happen to any particular flight and must not be relied on to decide when to travel, to claim compensation, or to make any financial commitment.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully, or in breach of a third party's rights;
• bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limiting, quota accounting or any other security control;
• share, resell or sublicense your API key, or exceed the request volume of your plan by using multiple accounts;
• bulk-extract or mirror the data so as to build a substitute for the Service, beyond what your plan permits;
• upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with the availability of the Service for others;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• scrape the website interface as a way around the API and its metering.

We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access that breaches this section. Where the breach is not serious and is capable of being fixed, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix it first.

• Prices, quotas and features of each plan are shown on the Pricing page and form part of these Terms.
• Payments are taken through PayPal. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. They renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled, and are charged at the start of each period.
• Prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of VAT as shown at checkout; any tax due is added at the rate in force at the time of the charge.
• We may change prices. A change takes effect only from your next billing period and only after we have given you notice at the email on your account, so that you can cancel before it applies.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend the paid features until it succeeds. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.

You can cancel at any time, from the billing area of your account or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Consumers in Israel.Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 and its regulations. For a distance transaction ("עסקת מכר מרחוק") you may cancel within 14 days of entering into the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later; for a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, the period is four months, provided the transaction involved a conversation. For an ongoing transaction ("עסקה מתמשכת") you may cancel at any time with effect for the future, and we will stop charging you. Where the law permits us to, we may charge a cancellation fee of the lower of 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Consumers in the EEA and the UK have an equivalent 14-day withdrawal right. If you asked us to start supplying the digital service immediately and acknowledged that this ends the withdrawal right once performance has begun, the right ends at that point.

Outside those rights, fees already paid for a period that has begun are not refundable, except where we have materially failed to provide the Service.

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, and we monitor it. We do notoffer a contractual uptime guarantee or a service level agreement, and we do not promise any particular response time, data accuracy or completeness. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. If we discontinue a paid plan or make a change that materially reduces what you are paying for, we will give you reasonable notice at the email on your account and refund the unused portion of any prepaid fee.

Planned maintenance and third-party provider outages can interrupt the Service. Time during which a data provider is unavailable is outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any liability under mandatory Israeli consumer legislation.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for any loss arising from your reliance on aviation data, statistics or predictions presented by the Service.

Subject to the first paragraph, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) ILS 500.

The software, design, original text and compiled datasets of the Service belong to Yaniv Levy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them beyond what your plan and applicable law permit.

Third-party marks. Airline names, airline logos, airport names, IATA and ICAO codes and aircraft type designations are the trade marks or property of their respective owners. They appear on the Service solely to identify the airline, airport or aircraft the information refers to — nominative use — and imply no endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

Map data. Map tiles are © CARTO and © OpenStreetMap contributors, used under the Open Database Licence with attribution shown on each map.

Rights complaints. If you own rights in material shown on the Service and believe it is used without permission, write to [email protected] identifying the material and your rights in it. We will review it promptly and remove anything we are not entitled to use.

The Service depends on third-party data providers and infrastructure, listed in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their accuracy or availability, and your use of a third party's own site or service is governed by that party's terms.

You may suspend or close your account yourself from the Profile page. We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of section 4, for non-payment, or where we are legally required to. Closure revokes your API keys. What happens to your personal data afterwards, and how to have it deleted, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. The date below the title shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give you notice — by email if you have an account, otherwise prominently on the site — before it takes effect, and you may cancel a paid plan without penalty if you do not accept it. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where that law gives you one.
